How they Finished….
Chris Sligh – Last to perform….Strangely Taylor hicks like’¦and it was good. Song was not that good. But Chris did well and made it a singer’s song. An easy top 3’¦but the bar was so low this week’¦thats not saying much.
Brandon Rogers ‘“ Finally finds a song that fits him’¦only two left to perform and is the best so far. Not a lot of highs or lows’¦but fun.
Blake Lewis ‘“ Started the show Jamaican style’¦311. A bit messy and unintelligible’¦but still good from a performance standpoint
Chris Richardson ‘“ A softer, slower Chris. Getting more likable each week. Still keeps his Justin Timberlake vibe. Shaky start’¦but smooth ending’¦very good’¦a little safe overall.
Jared Cotter ‘“ Picking big songs (Stevie Wonder)..and it has been paying of…has a soulful and powerful voice. Solid’¦not special’¦but strong and solid.
Phil Stacey– weird beginning’¦whoa’¦very weird. Got to highs…but they were off as well. Almost to girl-like (it’s a chick song) . Was his weakest of the competition. But he should be safe.
Sundance Head ‘“ Pearl Jam?…in a singing competition?…out of place and off key for most of it. Confidence is getting better though’¦but not sure he will survive the cut.
Sanjaya Malakar– Kind of reminds me of heart monitor’¦attached on dead person. Picked a song with no range …and still couldn’t hit it. Should have been gone week one.
