November 2004 – 190th and Western. Freeways were jammed so I took surface streets home. About a mile before this picture a 70’s Truck driven by a 50’s Mexican passed me using the oncoming traffic lanes…the truck had 2 flat tires (no rubber was left) and he was being perused (at 10 mph) by 2 cop cars.
